Chat with the Vegas Insider Handicappers at 3:30pm EST. Our guest this week: Chris David

Vegasinsider.com handicappers give you the inside line on the weekends action and their top picks for the week.

Q: Tim, Miami Do you like Florida to keep rolling after last night?
R: chrisd Good afternoon folks, let's keep the chat rolling and talk baseball, football and UFC.

It's not everyday Tim that you can catch a 10-spot in baseball, and catch it in the 8th inning too. Very surprised to see that but it shows you the spectrum of both teams.

Nolasco has been better since his return to the majors after getting shaken up. He'll have to be perfect tonight with the D-Backs sending Haren to the hill.

Tough spot, might be an 'under' play.

Q: Jim, Las Vegas Hi Chris Is it possible to see the Betting Trends for UFC 100.
R: chrisd Hi Jim

Unfortunately that feature isn't available right now at Sportsbook.com, but something that will be on the site in the future hopefully.

The only thing I can tell you about this card is that it's going to be great, and that's just from a fans perspective. From a gaming standpoint, I would lean towards most of the 'dogs just based on the one-punch theory.

Boxing and MMMA are probably the only two sports that the books hope the favorites win, since the betting public is always on the 'dogs.

Q: Joe, Dallas Do my Rangers have a shot against Seattle tonight?
R: chrisd Morrow impressed me against the Red Sox adn Yankees in his last two starts. He's a bullpen guy but been logging serious innings and has some gas. Feldman is a decent starter and logs innings as well. Texas has been better on the road with Feldman. Low total makes me look at a low-scoring affair.

Q: Manny being Manny Doddgers for a dime or two tonight?
R: chrisd Not sure if I'd drop a dime, but a couple dollars on the Dodgers seems okay. You just need the team to support Chad. He's pitched well, but L.A. is just 1-3 in his last four starts. The Brewers have had trouble against right-handers and Billingsly is a beast. Looper has been getting support and the Brew Crew is 3-0 in his last 3.

Tread lightly!

Q: Craig (Ok-City) Whatcha think about Cowboys -3 vs. Dawgs in the opener?
R: chrisd We all know that Okie State is going to have a sick offense, which is the norm in the Big 12. What will happen with the defense?

The one thing I know about Georgia is that head coach Mark Richt is a beast as an underdog and he's great in openers, believe eight straight since he came to Athens. Hard to lay points with a defense that is real suspect.

Q: joe detroit are the tigers worth the 17-1 price to win world series?
R: chrisd They have two solid pitchers in Verlander and Jackson, but they'll need to get a third. The offense has potential and I do like Leyland.

Just don't see them competing with the Yanks or Red Sox in the long run.

Q: Tim (Minny) Does Favre get the Vikes over the top? What do you think about Percy Harvin's impact as a rookie?
R: chrisd The Vikings will be much better with Favre behind center just based on the fact that defenses will have to respect his arm. That will open the door for AP and the middle of the field too. The defense has always been solid, just hope they continue to improve and not falter.

Q: Jim Indy any game you like a lot tonight in mlb?
R: chrisd Might be a tad greedy, but I like the Mets on the RL (+180) tonight against the Red. The rookie has been solid all year and if he had any defense, he's be even better.

Arroyo has been garbage lately and he's just looking to get traded. Fade him tonight and look for the Mets' anemic offense to finally blow up!
